Our organization has the privilege to collaborate with the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) and Loma Linda University to get involved in the training of the next generation of surgeons in Africa. Together with Dr. Mark Reeves ( Board Member PAACS) and Dr. Keir Thelander ( Executive Vice President of PAACS) we traveled to Egypt and Malawi to accredit surgical training programs. This is a vital element in providing quality training to the future generation of surgeons to serve in Africa.
