Mubina Isani, MD

As a pediatric surgeon and researcher, I’ve always been driven by a passion for improving healthcare on a global scale. My journey in global surgery began in college, where I participated in medical mission trips. I had the privilege of organizing a trip to Bolivia by leading a group, Visión del Mundo, to deliver primary care to indigenous communities by foot. During my residency, I traveled to Haiti with Dr. Henri Ford, performing life-saving surgeries on infants. These experiences have shaped my commitment to advancing healthcare in underserved regions, and I continue to dedicate myself to making a meaningful impact through global surgical efforts.
